PT Indoprima Gemilang merupakan perusahaan manufaktur suku cadang otomotif dan kereta terkemuka yang berkantor pusat di Surabaya. Indoprima Gemilang memiliki 2 pabrik (plant) yang terletak di Nganjuk (Plant 1) dan Margomulyo Surabaya (Plant 2).
Indoprima Gemilang adalah holding company dari Indoprima Group, yang membawahi berbagai perusahaan ternama yang juga memiliki fokus bidang di industri suku cadang otomotif. Salah satu grup dari Indoprima di Gresik adalah PT Indospring Tbk yang memproduksi pegas untuk otomotif.
Indoprima Gemilang memproduksi beragam macam produk suku cadang seperti combination switch, brake pad, clutch facing, brake lining, press parts, cylinder head gasket, dan lain-lain. Produk-produk dari Indoprima Gemilang telah diekspor ke berbagai negara.

Engineering Process
- Graduate from reputable university, preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum GPA 3,00
- Entitled as Best Graduate or having national/international achievement is a big advantage
- Having experience in the related field is required from this position (preferably from manufacture company)
- Able to speak English
- Able to work in a team management
- Willing to be placed in Gresik
Job desc:
- Prepare, operate, and maintain machines for the melting process
- Provide instructions regarding the sequence of operations in each operational section
- Controlling quality and achieving production targets
- Prepare the design pattern that will be used
- Ensure the composition of the sand used by laboratory standard
- Ensure the composition of the melting results by product order specifications
Quality Control
- Graduate from reputable university, preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Material/Electrical/Industrial Engineering
- Minimum GPA 3,00
- Entitled as Best Graduate or having national/international achievement is a big advantage
- Having min. 2 years of experience in the related field is required (preferably from manufacturing company)
- Able to speak English
- Able to work in a team management
- Willing to be placed in Gresik
Job desc:
- Monitor and control entire implemented system
- Inspect materials, equipment, environment, processes, and tests related to product and packaging specifications
- Controlling quality during the production operational process
