PT Jawa Satu Power merupakan perusahaan joint-venture (patungan) antara PT Pertamina Power Indonesia (PPI), Garuda Power Holdings B.V. (asal India), dan Sojitz Global Investment B.V. (asal Jepang). Berdiri pada tanggal 5 Desember 2016, perusahaan bertugas menjalankan, mengendalikan, dan mengelola aset kegiatan usaha Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Gas dan Uap (PLTGU) Jawa-1.
PLTGU Jawa-1 merupakan pembangkit listrik tenaga gas dan uap terbesar di Asia Tenggara dengan kapasitas 1.760 MegaWatt. PLTGU Jawa-1 terletak di Kabupaten Karawang, Jawa Barat. Proyek pembangunan PLTGU ini melibatkan 20 perusahaan (nasional & asing) dengan 3 konsorsium utama, beberapa diantaranya berasal dari Jepang, India, dan Korea Selatan.
PLTGU Jawa-1 merupakan salah ssatu proyek prestisius pemerintah Indonesia dalam program peningkatan kapasitas listrik nasional sebesar 35.000 MW.

Junior Operator
The Junior Operator (JO) is responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the gas turbine combined cycle power (CCP) station systems and equipment within prescribed guidelines under the direction of the Shift Leader and Unit Controller
Job Requirements:
- Electrical, I&C, Chemical engineering or Mechanical Engineering with D3 or S1 degree or an equivalent work experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of CCP operations, water chemistry; non-complex electrical and mechanical drawings and generation plant terminology are preferable
- Knowledge of practices, functions and processes involved in the operation of a power plant
- Able to read the logic diagram and P&ID drawing
- Have good thinking skills
- The ability to effectively communicate, orally and in writing in English
- Will be required to work through a rotating shift schedule
- Attention to detail, thorough, with good analytical skill
