PT Linde Indonesia adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang gas industri. Linde merupakan perusahaan swasta multinasional asal Jerman (secara korporasi disebut Linde Group) yang sudah memiliki banyak pabrik dan wilayah penjualan di berbagai negara.
Linde memproduksi banyak jenis gas sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri, mulai dari industri kimia, manufaktur, medis, dan lain-lain. Selain itu, melalui beberapa anak perusahaannya Linde Group juga memproduksi gas untuk pelanggan rumahan (ritel) dan gas khusus (specialty gases).
Di Indonesia, Linde berkantor pusat di Jakarta dan mengoperasikan pabrik yang terletak di Kabupaten Karawang, Kabupaten Cikarang, Kota Semarang, Kota Cilegon, dan Kabupaten Gresik. Di Gresik, pabrik Linde beralamat di Jl Raya Roomo, Kecamatan Manyar.
Saat ini PT Linde Indonesia sedang membuka lowongan pekerjaan untuk penempatan Gresik Manyar pada bulan Desember 2022. Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:
Associated Engineer – Electrical & Instrument
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electroning Engineering, or Physic Engineering
- Fresh graduate are welcome or 2-4 years of experience as Electrical and Instrument Maintenance and/or Design Engineer for process plants
- Experience of using computerized maintenance management system preferably SAP PM would be an advantage
Required key skills:
- Familiar with electrical documents such as SLD, Schematic Diagram, Wiring Diagram, vendor documents, data sheets, and electrical engineering calculation suh as cable sizing, CB sizing, short circuit calculation, etc.
- Familiar with instrumentation part such as Pressure Transmitter, Pressure Gauge, Temperature Transmitter, Temperature Gauge, Control Valve, Pressure Relief Valve, DP Transmitter, and etc.
- Practical knowledge and skilled in conducting Job Safety Analysis and Root Cause Analysis
- Good knowledge of Electrical and Instrument Principles and experience with electrical design, calculation, and material selection
- Computer literate (Windows, Office, Microsoft Project, and other software, CMMS)
- Familiar with standards and codes such as IEC, IEEE, ANSI, etc.
Plant Operator
- Engineering degree from reputable university majoring in Chemical/Mechanical/Instrument
- Preferably have 2 years of experience in scale Air Separation plant or Combined Cycle Power Plant
Required key skills:
- Practical knowledge and skilled in conducting Hazard Analysis and Operability Study (HAZOPS) techniques, Risk Assessment and managing loss prevention program, Root Cause Analysis
- Computer proficiency, particularly ith Microsoft Office, Project, and other related software. Knowledge in SAP PM/MM module would be preferable
- Have good understanding of plant operating philoshopy in Air Separation Unit plant and Combined Cycle Power Plant
- Have sufficient training for major type of equipment such as Pump, Compressor, and other rotating equipments
- Have good knowledge of philoshopy in conditioning and monitoring
- Have experience in Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and Distributed Control System (DCS) such as Allen – Bradley, Bailey, Simatec, Wonderware is a plus
- Demonstrated operation maintenance capability to do machine diagnostic fault analysis and good knowledge of mechanical machinery principles
- Familiar with common technical tools and good maintenance product
- Able to read P&ID, well organized
- Fluent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Flexibility in using different approaches to influence behaviours from staff at various levels
