PT Hailiang Nova Material Indonesia adalah anak perusahaan dari Zhejiang Hailliang Co., Ltd., yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan pengolahan tembaga non-ferrous terbesar dan terkemuka di dunia dengan jaringan 21 pabrik di Asia, Amerika, dan Eropa. Saat ini pabrik ke-22 sedang dibangun di Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Gresik atau biasa dikenal dengan JIIPE dengan luas 19,6 hektar.
PT Hailiang Nova Material Indonesia memproduksi foil tembaga electrodeposit untuk kendaraan listrik bertenaga baterai litium. Pabrik ini direncanakan berkapasitas 100 ribu ton per tahun.
PT Hailiang Nova Material Indonesia rencananya akan menjadi off taker produk PT Freeport Indonesia dengan produk akhir Foil Tembaga, sebagai bahan baku lithium-ion battery.
Saat ini PT Hailiang Nova Material Indonesia sedang membuka lowongan pekerjaan pada bulan September 2023. Berikut adalah daftar posisi dan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:
Administration Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources, complete the preparation of information and logistical support for the meeting, and make a good record of the meeting and issue minutes of the meeting;
- Responsible for the initial writing, sending and receiving, circulation, archiving, and assisting the supervisor to complete the revision of the company’s various types of documents and files;
- Responsible for the management of important information, documents and personal documents of company leaders;
- Assist the competent leadership, effectively complete the company’s internal and external docking, relationship maintenance and other work;
- Responsible for the company’s staff visa processing;
- Finish other work arranged by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (S1) or above, majoring in Administration, Public Management, Business Management and other related fields;
- 2 years or more experience in administration, preferably in manufacturing industry;
- Familiar with the initial drafting archiving and other work of documents, with the ability to write official documents, have a good overall quality;
- Good professional ethics, practical and steady, work carefully, strong sense of responsibility, strong communication, coordination ability, teamwork spirit;
- Skilled in the use of office software;
- Proficient in the use of Chinese is preferred.
Human Resources Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management of employee relations, including but not limited to the maintenance of personnel files, handling employee onboarding, departure and other HR process, and timely update of labor contracts, employee handbook and other related files;
- Assist the superior to do a good job of labor risk control, collaborative handling of labor disputes, employee satisfaction surveys and exit analysis report, and do a good job of docking with the Ministry of Labor, collect relevant labor policies and regulations, and put forward their own proposals in a timely manner;
- Responsible for the corresponding social insurance for the company’s employees;
- Assist the superior to establish and improve the company’s recruitment, training, compensation, performance appraisal, attendance management and other human resources regulations;
- Responsible for attendance management, reward and punishment management, etc;
- Finish other work arranged by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (S1) or above, majoring in Human Resource Management, Sociology, Law, Psychology, Business Management and other related majors;
- 3 years and above HR experience, employee relationship management, labor risk management, manufacturing industry experience is preferred;
- Familiar with the operation process of human resource management practices, familiar with the national labor regulations, and be able to practical application;
- Good professional ethics, practical and steady, work carefully, strong sense of responsibility, strong communication, coordination ability, teamwork spirit;
- Skilled in the use of office software;
