PT EcoOils Jaya Indonesia atau biasa dikenal sebagai EcoOils adalah perusahaan pengolah limbah pemrosesan kelapa sawit yang diproses menjadi biodiesel. EcoOils memiliki pabrik di Gresik Manyar, tepatnya di Jl Beta III, Kawasan Industri Maspion. Sedangkan pabrik keduanya terletak di Dumai, Riau. Perusahaan ini beroperasi sejak April 2016.
EcoOils adalah bagian dari EcoOils Ltd., yang berpusat di Singapura. EcoOils Ltd., membawahi 4 perusahaan operasi (operating company); 3 perusahaan beroperasi di Malaysia, dan 1 perusahaan di Indonesia yaitu PT EcoOils Jaya Indonesia. Perusahaan ini memproduksi spent bleaching earth oil yang digunakan untuk campuran bahan baku biodiesel, bio degradable lubricants (minyak pelumas), palm fatty acid distillate (bahan baku sabun), dan formulated liquid fats (campuran bahan baku pakan ternak).
Per November 2022, EcoOils telah diakuisisi oleh Shell Eastern Petroleum (Pte) Ltd., anak usaha dari Royal Dutch Shell. Sebagai perusahaan pengolah limbah kelapa sawit, EcoOils telah tersertifikasi ISO 9001:2015 dan ISCC EU RED II (Interational Sustainability and Carbon Certification).
Saat ini PT EcoOils Jaya Indonesia sedang membuka lowongan pekerjaan pada bulan September 2023. Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:
Feedstock Executive
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years in procurement with preference in bulk or other raw materials with importance to logistical aspects
- Experience in palm oil industry will be an added advantage
- Commercially aware, plus to have exposure to logistic or technical background
- Strong aptitude for relation building and negotiations
- Logical and concise communication skills
- Supplier management & sourcing strategy
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relations with raw material/feedstock suppliers
- Efficient procurement of feedstock at competitive prices including logistic, quality, and service reliability
- Drive the due dilligence process together with internal stakeholders (sustainability, supply chain compliance, safety, logistic)
- Keep up-to-date with trends, fundamentals, and development in local and regional market related to raw material
- Drive operational excellence of the suppliers using sourcing strategy updates on a yearly basis
