PT Insera Sena adalah perusahaan manufaktur sepeda cukup terkenal dengan merk Polygon. Perusahaan ini didirkan oleh Soejanto Widjaja yang lulus dari Teknik Industri Institut Teknologi Bandung pada tahun 1987. Beliau membangun perusahaan tersebut karena ingin meneruskan usaha keluarga yang meneukni di bidang distribusi sepeda sejak lama.
Insera adalah kepanjangan dari Industri Sepeda Surabaya, sementara Sena adalah nama tokoh wayang yang cukup terkenal di Jawa Timur yang menggambarkan kekuatan, sesuai dengan visi perusahaan yang ingin membangun sepeda dengan kualitas global dan siap bersaing di pasar internasional.
PT Insera Sena memproduksi berbagai jenis sepeda mulai dari city bikes, trekking, MTB (Mountain Bikes), full suspension bikes, hard-trail bikes, downhill, BMX, dan lain-lain. Presentase produksi secara mayoritas adalah 65 persen untuk MTB. Produk-produk dari PT Insera Sena terus diekspor ke berbagai negara hingga sekarang.
PT Insera Sena berkantor pusat serta mengoperasikan pabrik di Jl Jawa No. 393, Binangun, Kecamatan Buduran, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Saat ini penjualan Polygon telah tersebar di 650 mitra outlet.

Battery Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
- Have 1 year experience, Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply.
- Working knowledge of safety principles, best practices and functional safety.
- Problem solver, good at identifying opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Complete product design responsibility from concept through product launch and ramp.
- Conduct system level thermal analysis using proprietry software to determine battery cooling concepts and size components for a battery thermal management system.
- Optimize design via analytical numerical and empirical assessment.
Mechanical Design Engineer
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from Material and Metallurgical Engineering or Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
- Have >2 years experience in product engineering or product development in manufacturing company
- Advanced in 3D CAD (Solidedge, etc.)
- Have good engineering mindset
- Attentive to detail
- Energetic, creative, and innovative
- Passionate in sports, especially cycling is a plus point
Responsibilities:
- Designing bicycle (frame, fork, and part) and formulating product specifications.
- Analyze the Bill of Materials needs and calculating product costing
- Analyze and check the compatibility of the product designed to ensure it follows product safety standards and the Project Brief
- Work together with cross sections related to the design implementation process and product design
- Analyze and review the results of the Bike Prototype in order to ensure the compability of the product sample has been follow the project brief and safety standards
Homologation Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Have 1 year experience, Fresh Graduated welcome to apply.
- Have a good communication skill and analytical thinking.
- Independent and strong leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Expert knowledge of test equipment selection, evaluation & qualification with feasibility study and simulation.
- Work with engineers to coordinate on releases and environment.
- Working closely with the product manager to understand the functionality.
- Participating in customer & Internal audit compliance.
Product Communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Have 1 years experience , Fresh Graduated welcome to apply.
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
- Skilled of working effectively with cross functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee product lifecycle management from concept to phasing out of the product.
- Define product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company’s business goals.
- Communicate products plans, benefit and result to all stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Collaborate closely with various team; engineering, design, marketing to deliver product that resonate with our users and align with our market strategy.
Safety Officer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in K3, Environmental Engineering.
- Have 1 year experience, Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply.
- Have a good communication skill.
Responsibilities:
- Support risk assessment improvement program.
- Support emergency response improvement.
- Support in tier meeting improvement (Alignment on current annual EHS compliance calendar, daily & monthly work schedule as per yearly calendar).
- Support in alignment for new legal register and evaluation, conduct regulations review.
- Support in PROPER and environment documents.
- Support for EHS related sampling and testing.
