PT Indoprima Gemilang merupakan perusahaan manufaktur suku cadang otomotif dan kereta terkemuka yang berkantor pusat di Surabaya. Indoprima Gemilang memiliki 2 pabrik (plant) yang terletak di Nganjuk (Plant 1) dan Margomulyo Surabaya (Plant 2).
Indoprima Gemilang adalah holding company dari Indoprima Group, yang membawahi berbagai perusahaan ternama yang juga memiliki fokus bidang di industri suku cadang otomotif. Salah satu grup dari Indoprima di Gresik adalah PT Indospring Tbk yang memproduksi pegas untuk otomotif.
Indoprima Gemilang memproduksi beragam macam produk suku cadang seperti combination switch, brake pad, clutch facing, brake lining, press parts, cylinder head gasket, dan lain-lain. Produk-produk dari Indoprima Gemilang telah diekspor ke berbagai negara.

Mechanical Engineering (Subject Code: MECHANICAL ENGINEERING)
- Entitled as the Best Graduate from any university, or having national or international achievements is a big advantage
- Maximum 27 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design Manufacture, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum GPA 3,00 out of 4,00 (fresh graduate with minimum GPA 3,50 (cum laude) are welcome)
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in automotive field
- Required skills: Autodesk Inventor, CAM Program, CNC Machine
- Able to speak English
- Willing to be placed in Margomulyo, Surabaya
Marketing Export Staff (Subject Code: MARKETINGEXPORTSTAFF)
- Entitled as the Best Graduate from any university, or having national or international achievements is a big advantage
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum GPA 3,50 out of 4,00 (cum laude)
- At least 2 years of working experience in the automotive field (fresh graduate are welcome)
- Passionate and know well about automotive industry, familiar in handling export processess in manufacturing will be a plus
- Detail oriented
- Proficient using Ms. Excel (mandatory)
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Willing to be placed in Margomulyo, Surabaya
Purchasing Import Staff (Subject Code: PURCHASINGIMPORTSTAFF)
- Entitled as the Best Graduate from any university, or having national or international achievements is a big advantage
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry from reputable university
- Minimum GPA 3,00 out of 4,00
- Good communication & negotiation, high level commitment and team work
- Can speak Mandarin or certified HSK 3 (not mandatory)
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field (fresh graduate with min. GPA 3,50 are welcome)
- Preferably specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent
- Proficient using in operating Ms. Office
- Willing to be placed in Margomulyo, Surabaya
Accounting Staff (Subject Code: ACCOUNTINGSTAFF)
- Entitled as the Best Graduate from any university, or having national or international achievements is a big advantage
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Economics/Accounting/Banking or equivalent
- Minimum GPA 3,00 out of 4,00 (fresh graduate with minimum GPA 3,50 (cum laude) are welcome)
- Maximum 30 years old
- Able to speak English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in cost control & analysis/accounting staff
- Proficient using in operating Ms. Office
- Willing to be placed in Margomulyo, Surabaya
Marketing Staff (Subject Code: MARKETINGSTAFF)
- Maximum age 27 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- Proficient using Ms. Excel (mandatory)
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in marketing field (fresh graduate with min. GPA 3,50 are welcome)
- Required skills: Microsoft Office, Presentation Skill, Market Research, Marketing Analysis, Marketing Strategy
- Passionate and knows well about automotive industry
- Have good communication and negotiation
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Willing to travel
