PT Traktor Nusantara atau biasa disingkat TRAKNUS adalah perusahaan distributor dan After-Sales alat berat, khususnya di industri konstruksi seperti backhoe, hydraulic crawler crane, link belt crane, boom lift, dan industri pertanian seperti traktor, bush cutter, mesin angkut crawler, dan lainnya. Selain itu, perusahaan juga menjual forklift dan genset.
Sejak didirikan pada 11 Juni 1974, TRAKNUS menyediakan produk-produk dari merek terkemuka dunia seperti Massey Ferguson, TRAKNUS Genset dengan Perkins Engine, Toyota, HSC Cranes, Link Belt Cranes, Kubota, Canycom, BT, Raymond, Ingersoll Rand dan JLG. Lebih dari itu, TRAKNUS juga memberikan solusi tambahan dengan layanan penyewaan alat berat dan penjualan FG Wilson Genset melalui anak perusahaannya, PT Swadaya Harapan Nusantara (SHN).
Kepemilikan saham TRAKNUS dipegang oleh kekuatan konglomerasi besar di Asia & Global yakni grup Astra dan Sumitomo Corporation. Parts & Service Sales
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients, build networks, develop and firmly establish various channels necessary to reach targeted market segments.
- Responsible for providing superior personal and professional service solutions to our clients.
- Sell our spare parts product & services as a Sales Engineer and managing after sales activities.
Requirements:
- Associate degree (D3) from all Engineering major
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university
- Eagerness to explore and gain knowledge about heavy equipment parts
- Possess solid analytical, interpersonal, customer-centric skills, treamwork aptitude, and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical thinking, interpersonal skills, a strong drive, detail-oriented, ability to work in a team and under tight deadlines
- Sales/entrepreneurship & organizational experience is a plus
- Strong interest in Sales activities
- Computer literacy is a must

General Affair Expenses & Housekeeping
Responsibilities:
As a GA Expenses & Housekeeping Staff, you will be responsible for calculating, managing, and monitoring GA operational expenses, as well as planning and managing housekeeping activities both at the Head Office and at Traktor Nusantara branches.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics & Management or a similar field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university
- Knowledge and interest in General Affairs, expense management, and household management/facility maintenance
- Experience in operational expense management or similar responsibilities is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking, interpersonal skills, and drive. Able to work in a team and work under tight deadlines
- Computer literacy is a must
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Able to communicate in English proficiently, both spoken and written
Asset Control
Responsibilities:
As an Asset Control Staff member, you will be responsible for monitoring ex-rental units, creating analysis reports to determine which units require reconditioning (refurbishment), monitoring and reviewing the used equipment reconditioning process to ensure the quality of reconditioned units, and making sure the reconditioning process is cost-effective.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale from a reputable university
- Knowledge and interest in technical field related to heavy equipment engine component
- Experience in monitoring asset condition & asset management is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking, interpersonal skills, and drive.

- Advanced proficiency in using Excel & Powerpoint
- Able to communicate in English proficiently, both spoken and written
