PT Lion Wings adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods). Lion Wings menjalankan kegiatan usahanya dengan bersinergi dengan dua konglomerasi, yakni Lion Corporation dari Jepang dan Wings Group dari Indonesia. Perusahaan ini sudah ada di Indonesia sejak tahun 1981.
Lion Wings telah memproduksi dan memasarkan produk-produk pada berbagai macam segmen pasar dengan brand-brand ternama. Produk pertama dari Lion Wings dan yang masih cukup dikenal hingga saat ini adalah Emeron shampoo. Beberapa produk ternama lainnya yaitu sabun pencuci alat dapur Mama Lemon, Zinc shampoo, Kodomo shampoo, pasta gigi Ciptadent, parfum tubuh Posh, deodoran Posh, dan masih banyak lainnya.
Lion Wings mengoperasikan pabrik di beberapa kota di Indonesia. Pabrik pertamanya berada di Jakarta Timur.
Saat ini PT Lion Wings sedang membuka lowongan pekerjaan pada bulan September 2023. Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:
Staff Quality Control Liquid
- Bachelor Degree (S1) – Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, with mininum GPA 3.00
- Experience working as a Lab Analyst or Quality Control in the FMCG Industry, especially Personal Care and Cosmetics
- Have knowledge of CPKB and PKRT
- Enjoys working in the field and in the lab
- Able to operate instruments or lab tools
- Mastering Ms. Office, email, cloud-based files and SAP
- Have good communication skills, and able to coordinate systematically with the team
- Creative, thorough, honest, disciplined and responsible
- Willing to work Shift (3-Shift): Monday to Saturday
- Monday to Friday: Shift 1: 6 am to 2 pm | Shift 2: 2 pm to 10 pm | Shift 3: 10 pm to 6 am
- Saturday: Shift 1: 6 am to 11 am | Shift 2: 11 am to 4 pm | Shift 3: 4 pm to 9 pm
- Work Placement in Gresik
- Preferably applicants with domicile in Gresik, East Java and surrounding areas (East Java Area)
Job Description:
Responsible for ensuring operational quality inspection activities from the receiving process to the finished product run according to the required rules.
- Monitoring incoming RM/PM inspections and ensuring they meet established standards (supported by Incoming employees)
- Supervise the mixing process and provide premix status before transferring it to storage for further processing (supported by Semi-finish Employees)
- Supervise the filling and packing process and provide a good finish release status (supported by Finish employees)
- Control and check the completeness of Job Mixing
- Issuing an NCR if there are incoming, mixed results or products that do not meet the specified specifications and carrying out problem solving on the root cause of the problem
- Control and calibrate all lab equipment used and be responsible for the calibration results
- Carry out the ordering process and control stock of reagents in all laboratories at the Gresik Plant
- Responsible for the availability of incoming standards and products and ensuring they are always up to date
- Conduct daily and monthly reports for all quality inspection activities carried out at the Gresik Plant to the QC Manager
- Responsible for the work results of employees under him
- Implementing 5R and K3 programs
- Ensure ISO documents are documented
