PT Traktor Nusantara atau biasa disingkat TRAKNUS adalah perusahaan distributor dan penjualan alat berat, khususnya di industri konstruksi seperti backhoe, hydraulic crawler crane, link belt crane, boom lift, dan industri pertanian seperti traktor, bush cutter, mesin angkut crawler, dan lainnya. Selain itu, perusahaan juga menjual forklift dan genset.
Sejak didirikan pada 11 Juni 1974, TRAKNUS menyediakan produk-produk dari merek terkemuka dunia seperti Massey Ferguson, TRAKNUS Genset dengan Perkins Engine, Toyota, HSC Cranes, Link Belt Cranes, Kubota, Canycom, BT, Raymond, Ingersoll Rand dan JLG. Lebih dari itu, TRAKNUS juga memberikan solusi tambahan dengan layanan penyewaan alat berat dan penjualan FG Wilson Genset melalui anak perusahaannya, PT Swadaya Harapan Nusantara (SHN).
Kepemilikan saham TRAKNUS dipegang oleh kekuatan konglomerasi besar di Asia & Global yakni grup Astra dan Sumitomo Corporation. Management Trainee Traktor Nusantara
Management Trainee program is designed to identify candidates with the qualities and potential to fill key positions.
At Traktor Nusantara, we offer Management Trainee positions within the Administration Department Head (ADH), Service Department Head (SDH), and Parts Department Head (PDH).
Administration Department Head (ADH)
Responsibilities:
- You will be developed as a leader and responsible for mentoring, controlling, executing, and reporting financial-accounting and personnel activities in the branch office
- Coordinate, control, analyze, and implement all aspects related to the finance, administration function & human capital
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Economics, Management, Business, and Accounting
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Maximum age of 26 years old
- Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 Scaled) from reputable university
- Have a good analytics thinking, interpersonal skill, possess strong drive, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules
- Confident, self-motivated, target driven, detail oriented
- Computer literacy is a must
- Have good leadership and experience in leading an organization is a plus
- Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara Branch
- Fluent in English both oral and written
Service Department Head (SDH)
Responsibilities:
- You will be developed as a leader and responsible for monitoring, controlling, executing, and reporting service activities in the branch office
- Coordinate, control, analyze, and implement all aspects related to service activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Maximum age of 25 years old
- Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 Scaled) from reputable university
- High interest in Engine, Maintenance, Automation, and Service activities
- Have an ability to analyze and evaluate situations to produce a range of effective solutions to problems
- High capability to work independently as well as a part of team
- Have good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skill, confident, and self-motivated
- Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara Branch, Group AHEMCE (Astra Heavy Equipment, Mining, Construction and Energy) and ASTRA
- Fluent in English both oral and written
Parts Department Head (SDH)
Responsibilities:
- You will be developed as a leader and responsible for monitoring, controlling, executing, and reporting part sales activities in the branch office
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Heavy Equipment, and Electrical Engineering
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

- High interest in Sales and Marketing activities
