PT Linde Indonesia adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang gas industri. Linde merupakan perusahaan swasta multinasional asal Jerman (secara korporasi disebut Linde Group) yang sudah memiliki banyak pabrik dan wilayah penjualan di berbagai negara.
Linde memproduksi banyak jenis gas sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri, mulai dari industri kimia, manufaktur, medis, dan lain-lain. Selain itu, melalui beberapa anak perusahaannya Linde Group juga memproduksi gas untuk pelanggan rumahan (ritel) dan gas khusus (specialty gases).
Di Indonesia, Linde berkantor pusat di Jakarta dan mengoperasikan pabrik yang terletak di Kabupaten Karawang, Kabupaten Cikarang, Kota Semarang, Kota Cilegon, dan Kabupaten Gresik. Di Gresik, pabrik Linde beralamat di Jl Raya Roomo, Kecamatan Manyar.
Saat ini PT Linde Indonesia sedang membuka lowongan pekerjaan pada bulan Januari 2023. Berikut adalah daftar posisi dan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:
Graduate Trainee (Business/Engineering Support Staff)
- Fresh Graduate or max. 1 year of working experience
- Bachelor in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial) or Economic (Business, Accounting)
- Willing to relocate
- Willing to stay for 1 year program and contract-based (During or after the 1-year program, the trainee may seek permanent employment by going through the recruitment process and applying for positions available)
General Affair Officer
- Fresh Graduate from Communication/Law/Administration/Secretary or less than 2 years of working experience upon graduation
- Optimum communication skills
- Good knowledge in written and spoken English
- Able to maintain and update organizational legal documents
- Know and understand the applicable rules and regulations as well as the submission process
- Have the ability to plan Inspection and Maintenance Schedule of Office facilities
Electrical Engineer
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferably with major in electrical Power distribution and drives
- 4 years of experience as electrical maintenance and/or design engineer for process plants with high voltage systems
- Experience in designing and building electrical systems would be an advantage
- Experience of using Computerized Maintenance Management System preferably SAP PM would be an advantage
Required skills:
- Familiar with electrical documents such as SLD, Schematic Diagram, Wiring Diagram, vendor documents, datasheets, and electrical engineering calculation such as cable sizing, CB sizing, short circuit calculation, etc.
- Practical knowledge and skill in conducting Hazard Analysis and Operability Study (HAZOPS) techniques, Risk Assessment and managing loss prevention program, Root Cause Analysis
- Good knowledge of Electrical and Instrument principles and experience with electrical design, calculation and material selection
- Computer literate, particularly with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and other related application tools/software, CMMS
- Experience on overhaul, maintenance and installation of Transformer, Medium and Low Voltage Motor, Generator, and Switchgear
- Familiar with Standards and Codes such as IEC, IEEE, ANSI, etc.
Associated Engineer – Electrical & Instrument
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Physic Engineering.
- Fresh Graduate (may welcome) or 2-4 years of experience as electrical and Instrument maintenance and/or design engineer for process plants.
- Experience of using Computerized Maintenance Management System preferably SAP PM would be an advantage
Required skills:
- Familiar with electrical documents such as SLD, Schematic Diagram, Wiring Diagram, vendor documents, datasheets, and electrical engineering calculation such as cable sizing, CB sizing, short circuit calculation, etc.
- Familiar with Instrumentation part such as Pressure Transmitter, Pressure Gauge, Temperature Transmitter, Temperature Gauge, Control Valve, Pressure Relief Valve, DP transmitter and etc.
- Practical knowledge and skill in conducting Job Safety Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis
- Good knowledge of Electrical and Instrument principles and experience with electrical design, calculation, and material selection
- Computer literate, particularly with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and other related application tools/software, CMMS
- Familiar with Standards and Codes such as IEC, IEEE, ANSI, etc.
Project Buyer
- Good communication skills, written and verbal in local language and English
- Meticulous, analytical skills and able to multitask
- Strong commercial negotiation and contractual skills
- High risk/commercial awareness with project management ability
- Ability to work under pressure/perform under tight deadlines
- Able to use Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma, preferably in Engineering
- Preferably with 5+ years experience in Project Procurement or other commercial experience
