PT Petrosea Tbk atau dikenal sebagai Petrosea adalah perusahaan swasta nasional terkemuka yang bergerak di bidang kontrak pertambangan & EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction). Didirikan pada tahun 1972, Petrosea telah berpengalaman cukup luas dalam dunia tambang (baik itu tambang mineral dan migas). Pada awal berdirinya, perusahaan bernama PT Petrosea International Indonesia
Petrosea resmi menjadi perusahaan dengan status Tbk setelah melakukan IPO di Bursa Efek Jakarta dan Bursa Efek Surabaya (saat ini Bursa Efek Indonesia) pada tahun 1990. Sejak itu, nama perusahaan berganti menjadi PT Petrosea Tbk.
Petrosea adalah perusahaan pertama yang melakukan operasionalisasi tambang batubara bersama PT Kaltim Prima Coal di Kalimantan Timur pada tahun 1991 dengan kapasitas 2,2 juta ton per tahun. Di Gresik, Petrosea adalah perusahaan yang melakukan proyek pengerjaan supply and placement of fill material untuk site JIIPE yang dimiliki oleh PT Freeport Indonesia, yang saat ini digunakan sebagai lahan pembangunan smelter milik Freeport.

Logistic Supervisor – Gresik PMR
Skill, Knowledge, Experience:
- Min. 2-3 years of working expriences in dealing with Logistics
- Understanding knowledge of Warehouse and Inventory Control and Supply Chain Management
- Awareness of ERP system (e.g Avantis, JAP, or JD Edwards) would be an advantage but are not essential, and Microsoft Word and Excel
- Fully understanding with EMS (Environmental Management System)
- Familiar with Plant and Equipment and able to operate
- Able to work under high pressure
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
Human Capital Officer – Gresik PMR
Skill, Knowledge, Experience:
- Min. 1 year(s) of working experiences in Human Resources
- Excellent in web and mobile programming
- Must be a dynamic and self-starting individual who is able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal guidance and direction
- Willing to travel to other work location or project sites (when required)
- Must be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical users at all levels of an organization
- Good written and verbal communication
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
Senior Cost Controller – Gresik MMR CMS
Skill, Knowledge, Experience:
- Min. 2-3 years of working experiences as Cost Controller, Scheduler, or Project Control
- Knowledge of best practice in Project Administration and having communication, organizational and management skills
- Ability to operate computer and other office facility
- Determine the requirements of Project Control
- Works in detail but can comprehend the “big picture”, analytical thinking and creative
- Ability to maintain confidentially in all aspect of the position
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
