Bisnis jual beli mobil yang dijalankan ASSA bernama Caroline. Fleet & Maintenance Management Staff
Monitor the use of unit and manage the operational maintenance of unit to facilitate company’s business activities and increase customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Age max. 30 years old
- Education min. Bachelor Degree from Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, Electrical) from reputable university with min. GPA 3,00
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Have at least 1 year(s) experience in the area of Operation and After Sales Service or from Automotive Industry will be preferred
- Have a strong conceptual analysis
- Willing to be placed in all of our branches throughout Indonesia
Administration Management Talent
Manage, monitor, and ensure existing operations in the branch office especially administration area to support smooth performance and effectiveness of business development in the branch
Requirements:
- Age max. 28 years old
- Education min. Bachelor Degree from Accounting or Economy from reputable university with min. GPA 3,00
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Have at least 1 year(s) experience as Accounting Staff will be preferred
- Have a good data processing capabilities
- Able to operate computer program (Ms. Office) and familiar with SAP Program

IT Solution Analyst
- Designing application schemes in accordance with business processes and application scooping
- Make application configuration according to application design
- Perform testing and due dilligence on new application design
- Analyzing and implementing application
- Providing techincal assistance to application support in handling users
Requirements:
- Age max. 25 years old
- Education min. Bachelor Degree of Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Have at least 1 year(s) experience in the same position will be preferred
- Fast learner, eager to learn new things, process oriented, self discipline in time
- Having experiences in IT Project Management will be an advantage
- Having knowledge in Business Model Canvas (BMC) and Balance Score Card (BSC)
- Having strong knowledge in business and supply chain.
- Experienced in transportation, logistic, and financial industry will be advantage
IT Solution Developer
- Create a program in accordance with the design of application
- Perform testing of new systems that have been generated
- Assist and backup the application support team after system implementation
Requirements:
- Age max. 25 years old
- Education min. Bachelor Degree of Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Have at least 1 year(s) experience in the same position will be preferred
- Fast learner, eager to learn new things, process oriented, self discipline in time
- Have experiences in Open Sources Dev. Platform
- Have a strong understanding in scalable and secure applications, REST API, Microservices and Serverless Technologies (Docker or Kubernets)
- Having recognized experiences in high critical application with PHP (Laravel/Lumen) or NET Core/ASP. Net Core and Vue Framework
Internal Audit
- Conduct pre-eliminary audit as the basis for conducting audit
- Carry out audit in accordance with audit program and with the timeline
- Make an audit report and a presentation of the result
- Follow up on PICA audit implementation
Requirements:
- Age max. 25 years old
- Education min. Bachelor Degree of Accounting with min. GPA 3,00
- Preferably have 1 year(s) experience as an Internal Auditor
- Having good data processing capabilities
- Thorough, detailed and neat
