PT Boga Inti atau dikenal sebagai Boga Group adalah perusahaan food & beverages yang mengoperasikan jaringan restoran mewah dan toko kue yang cukup ternama di Indonesia.

Perjalanan Boga Group pertama kali dimulai pada tahun 2002 melalui pembukaan outlet toko kue dan roti Bakerzin di Jakarta. Di tahun 2005, Boga Group berekspansi dengan membuka Boga Catering yaitu jasa catering premium yang menyajikan berbagai jenis makanan western, Asia, Indonesia, Jepang, dan lain-lain. Di tahun 2008, Boga Group bekerja sama dengan Pepper Lunch, salah satu steakhouse terkemuka di Jepang, dengan membuka gerai pertamanya di Jakarta dan berlanjut ke Surabaya dan Bandung.

Hingga saat ini, Boga Group mengoperasikan belasan brand restoran terkemuka seperti Paradise Inn, Paradise Dinasty, Kintan Buffet, Boga Kitchen, Putu Made (Balinese Food), Onokabe (All You Can Eat), Shaburi (Japanese Shabu-shabu), dan lain-lain. Lebih dari 200 restoran dan outlet yang dioperasikan oleh Boga Group yang tersebar di kota-kota besar di Indonesia seperti Jakarta, Tangerang, Bekasi, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Solo, Semarang, Surabaya, Samarinda, Medan, Makassar, Bali, dan kota lainnya. Boga Group juga memiliki restoran yang beroperasi di Malaysia

Saat ini Boga Group sedang membuka lowongan pekerjaan pada bulan Desember 2022. Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:

HR Staff
  • Male or female, maximum 30 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
  • Have minimum of 2 years working experience in similar or relevant position
  • Having experience in handling payroll, SIPP, EDABU
  • Having knowledge about Labour Law (UU Cipta Kerja)
  • Fluent in computer literacy (strong Excel skill)
  • Able to work independently
  • Good communication in Indonesian and English
  • Excellent personality with good attitude and integrity
  • Can work individual and as a team
  • Hard worker, detail oriented
  • Can join immediately
  • Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo

Job responsibilities:

  • Engages with a full spectrum of HR related activities which include recruitment, employee engagement, policy administration, employee benefits, etc.
  • Prepare employee contract, confirmation, increment, warning letters, etc.
  • Monthly processing & reporting of payroll and BPJS
  • Familiar with HRIS, maintain employee attendance & leave balance
  • Maintain & update employee’s personal files, ensure the confidentiality of all HR documents
  • Assist to manage Annual Performance/Appraisal Review
  • Provide HR advice & support to business and employees on a wide range of operational HR issuess
  • Handle office administration documents
