Lowongan Kerja PT Campina Ice Cream Industry Tbk

PT Campina Ice Cream Industry Tbk atau dikenal dengan nama Campina pada awalnya adalah industri rumahan berbentuk Firma bernama CV Pranoto dengan merk dagang Campina. CV Pranoto didirikan oleh seorang pengusaha es krim yaitu Darmo Hadipranoto pada tanggal 22 Juli 1972, tepatnya berada di Jalan Gembong Sawah Surabaya, yang juga merupakan kediaman pribadi Bapak Darmo. 

Seiring perkembangan usaha yang semakin maju, Campina melakukan ekspansi dengan membuka fasilitas produksi (pabrik) di Kawasan SIER, Surabaya, Jawa Timur pada Tahun 1982. Pada tahun 1994, Campina diambil alih oleh keluarga Prawirawidjaja (pemilik PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry) dan mulai resmi berbadan hukum Perseroan Terbatas (PT).

Campina adalah produk es krim yang terkenal dengan es krim non-dairy (100% tanpa campuran susu) dan rendah lemak pertama di Indonesia. Beberapa produk yang cukup terkenal dari Campina yaitu Hula-hula Kacang Hijau, Hula-hula Jagung, Campina Spongebob, Campina Marvel, Concerto, Happy Cow, LuVe Vitee, dan lain-lain.

Pada tahun 2017, Campina resmi melantai di Bursa Efek Indonesia sehingga resmi berstatus Tbk. Pabrik Campina terletak di Jl Raya Rungkut Industri II No.15, Tenggilis Mejoyo, Kec. Tenggilis Mejoyo, Kota Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Campina memiliki 30 kantor perwakilan (cabang) di seluruh pulau Jawa.

HR Recruitment & Administration

Job description:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and select top talent for the organization.
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection process
  • Communicate and maintain relationship with both internal and external recruitment resources
  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records
  • Manage internal databases
  • Supervise end-to-end payroll process and reporting, time attendance, absence records, leave, overtime, social security, and employee-related payment (retirement, bonus, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent
  • Experienced minimum 3 years as recruiter and HR administration from manufacturing and sales marketing field
  • Familiar with recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and interviewing methods
  • Able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Expert in Ms. Excel is a must
  • Have a good understanding of BPJS and labor law
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good analytical skill, attention to details, and target oriented
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English
  • Placement in Surabaya
  • Willing to travel across Indonesia

Training Specialist

Job description:

  • Analyze and identify training needs related to manufacturing and sales marketing needs
  • Mapping out training plans and schedules
  • Communicate end-to-end with training vendor and trainer
  • Design, prepare, and order training aid, material, location / method
  • Manage and supervise to ensure that each training can be completed without problem
  • Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after training session
  • Conduct training evaluation from level 1-4
  • Research and recommend new training methods

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Training Specialist/Learning Specialist.
  • Expert in designing training needs analysis (TNA) and training evaluation (level 1-4) on a corporate setting
  • Able to conduct both e-learning and class-based training sessions
  • Preferably have experience in manufacturing and sales marketing industry
  • Have a good analytical and communication skill
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office
  • Placement in Surabaya
  • Willing to travel across Indonesia
