PT Chiyoda International Indonesia adalah perusahaan jasa konstruksi terintegrasi yang merupakan grup dari Chiyoda Corporation, perusahaan rekayasa teknik dan konstruksi asal Jepang yang memiliki spesialisasi di bidang minyak dan gas midstream, konstruksi fasilitas kilang hilir minyak dan gas, kimia tambang, dan petrokimia. PT Chiyoda International Indonesia sudah berpengalaman dalam berbagai proyek yang berhubungan dengan energi seperti kilang minyak, pabrik pengolahan LNG (Liquid Natural Gas) dan gas lainnya, serta infrastruktur untuk industri lainnya sejak tahun 1980-an. PT Chiyoda International Indonesia juga aktif sebagai konsultan pemeliharaan dan inspeksi untuk fasilitas atau proyek yang berhubungan dengan energi.
PT Chiyoda International Indonesia resmi mendapatkan kontrak EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) untuk fasilitas peleburan tembaga, perak, dan emas (smelter) milik PT Freeport Indonesia yang saat ini sedang dalam masa konstruksi di Kawasan JIIPE, Manyar, Gresik.
Smelter tersebut akan menghasilkan katoda tembaga sebagai produk utamanya dengan kapasitas mencapai 600 ribu ton katoda tembaga per tahun atau 1,7 juta ton konsentrat tembaga per tahun. Dengan kapasitas tersebut smelter milik Freeport yang ada di Gresik itu merupakan smelter single-line terbesar yang ada di dunia.
Saat ini PT Chiyoda International Indonesia sedang membuka lowongan pekerjaan untuk penempatan Manyar Smelter Project pada bulan Agustus 2023. Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:
Subcontract Engineer
- Diploma in an Engineering discipline
- Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in an industrial environment, working in EPC, engineering contracts and construction contracting
- Having specific experience of contract proposals and management
- Thorough in contract drafting and communication skills
- Good understanding of contract conditions, impact and administration
- Basic computer skills
Main Roles :
- Administrate all construction and services Subcontracts in accordance with applicable CII requirements, systems, procedures, budgets and schedules.
- Assess of the effectiveness of the systems and work methods in use and proposals for improvements for the approval of the Lead Subcontract Engineer.
- Monitor operational interfaces with subcontractors to ensure that CII affairs are conducted in a professional and business like manner at all times.
- Liaise closely with Cost Control Engineers in the control and forecasting of Subcontractor costs and trends
Instrument Loop Test Supervisor
- 5 years or more experience in Oil and Gas Loop Check/Instrumentation commissioning activities
- 5 years of experience from relevant execution phase of projects, preferably with international experience
- Extensive knowledge of Field Instruments, including in-line instruments & actuated valves
- Knowledge of relevant international standards concerning Field Instruments and Field Instrument installation
- International operator experience is an advantage
- Open to new experiences and good cultural understanding
Main Roles :
- Shall maintain vigilance in identify any unsafe working practices and actively progress any agreed corrective actions to a successful conclusion.
- Ensuring the Technical and Quality aspect of engineering in his assigned responsibility area meets project requirements.
- Work in close co-operation with the CII Instrument Engineer, Supervisor and Inspector assigned to his responsibility area.
- Co-ordinate with CII Pre-commissioning section for smooth start-up of the plant.
