PT Eiger Multi Produk Industri merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang fashion dan retail produk pegiat/rekreasi alam. Perusahaan ini adalah pemilik brand EIGER yang sudah cukup terkenal di Indonesia. Berdiri sejak tahun 1989 di Bandung, EIGER memiliki 3 fokus utama di produknya yaitu Mountaineering, Riding, dan Lifestyle.
Nama EIGER sendiri diambil dari nama sebuah gunung dengan tinggi 3.970 MDPL yang ada di pegunungan Alpen, Swiss.
Saat ini, EIGER sudah tersedia di 137 kabupaten/kota di seluruh Indonesia dengan total 237 toko dan memperkuat kehadirannya di secara daring dengan www.eigeradventure.com dan halaman e-commerce EIGER.

As a participant in LADP, you will embark on a transformative journey that combines hands-on experience, mentorship, and specialized training to develop the skills, knowledge, and mindset required to lead in the dynamic world of retail. This comprehensive program is designed to accelerate your career growth, expand your business acumen, and equip you with the tools to drive exceptional results.
In This Program you will get to:
- Gain exposure to various aspects of retail operations through carefully curated rotational assignments across different departments, such as merchandising, sales, operations, and customer experience. This hands-on experience will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of retail operations and help you develop a holistic perspective.
- Benefit from the guidance and support of experienced retail leaders who will serve as your mentors throughout the program. They will provide valuable insights, share their industry expertise, and help you navigate your career path within our organization.
- Participate in targeted leadership development workshops and training sessions designed to enhance your managerial and leadership skills. Topics covered may include effective communication, team building, strategic planning, financial management, and customer-centricity.

What you will Need to Succeed:
- Fresh Graduate/must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any major with min. GPA 3.00
- Active in organization/have internship experience is a MUST
- Passion for the fashion retail industry and a genuine interest in pursuing a leadership career in the sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong business acumen, target & customer oriented with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, selling strategy, coordinate a team and make informed decisions
- Adaptability, resilience, and a growth mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment
- Flexibility to relocate and work in different locations as required by the rotational assignments
- Willing to work on weekend/holidays
- Willing to be placed in any EIGER ADVENTURE STORE
