Smelter Operation Readiness – Chief Account Receivables

Coordinate End-to-End Process on Account Receivables activities, maintain collection as well as act as problem solving to ensure the account receivables are collected within due date.

Minimum Education & Experience

• S-1 (Bachelor) in Majoring Management/Accounting.
• Has deep knowledge in internal control function and related regulation with Companys business such as FCPA, government and tax regulation
• Has minimum at least 5-7 years experiences in finance and accounting of a multinational company or a managerial position as an internal/external auditor with a proven managerial skills and work experience in the international public accounting firm.

Smelter Operation Readiness – Chief Accountant Financial Operation

• Coordinate and involve in the review process of PTFI Smelter and PMRs financial operation activities for capital/administrative/operation expenditures to ensure the accuracy and timely manner to support the management’s decision-making.
• Coordinate overall daily accounting operation activities of Smelter & PMR business operations, including the recording, reviewing, reconciling, consolidating, and reporting of their accounting activities to maintain compliance with proper accounting procedures, budget and company policies.

Smelter Operation Readiness – Chief Accountant Financial Audit and Budgeting

• Coordinate and involve in the preparation of PTFI Smelter and PMRs Budgeting and Forecasting activities for capital, administrative, operation expenditures to ensure the compliance with PTFI policy, the accuracy and timely manner to support the management’s decision-making.
• Coordinate and review overall PTFI Smelter and PMR Budgeting and Forecasting from initial preparation (from user), uploaded into the system and report to Management.
• Coordinate and support Internal Audit (Deloitte), External Audit (EY), FCPA audit, Cash Call Audit and Government of Indonesia Audits (Taxes, Customs, Non-Tax Revenue and Financials).

Smelter Operation Readiness – Head of Financial Operation & Closing

• Plan, direct and control overall PTFI Smelter and PMRs operations to comply with PTFI policy and to ensure the accurate and timely reporting of key financial, tax, and insurance data for supporting of management’s decision-making in the area of capital expenditures.
• Plan, direct and control overall PTFI Smelter and PMR financial operation and closing activities to ensure that these activities are executed timely and accurately and comply with General Accepted Accounting Standards (INDO and US) and other reporting requirement standards (Sarbanes Oxley requirements), and thereby supporting and facilitating PTFI Management and its affiliates in the decision-making process.
• Partner with Other operations Team during Internal Audit (Deloitte), External Audit (EY), FCPA audit, Cash Call Audit and Government of Indonesia Audits (Taxes, Customs, Non-Tax Revenue and Financials).
• Plan and direct activities related to implementation of finance business process in operation teams and bridging the needs of the Operations division with ERP system (SAP), business planning and working tools to support finance operations.
• This role will also be a liaison among finance division internal and external stakeholders including global alliance with corporate and regional resources in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the organization and to recommend finance solutions and approaches that enable the organization to achieve its goals at corporate and regional levels. Direct all PTFI – Smelter and PMR financial operations works and reporting.

Minimum Education & Experience

• S-1(bachelor) in Accounting/Finance
• Has deep knowledge in accounting, internal control function and related regulation with Company’s business such as FCPA, government and tax regulation
• Has minimum 10 years’ experience in finance and accounting of a multinational company including a minimum of 15 up years in a senior position as an auditor with a proven managerial skills and work experience in the international public accounting firm.
