HCA merupakan anak perusahaan Holland Colours NV yang berdiri sejak tahun 1979 dan berkantor pusat di Belanda. HCA memiliki rangkaian trademark products seperti Holcobatch, Holcopearl, Holcoprill, Holcomaster, dan Holcomer dengan beragam speciality dan keunggulan masing-masing untuk berbagai keperluan. Selain manufaktur, HCA juga unggul dalam service & project management di bidang kemasan, pewarna, dan zat aditif pewarna. Laboratory Administration
- Able to do color matching
- Able to operate computer: Ms. Office, Lotus Notes, ROSS, Color Computer
- No colorblindness
- Understanding ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 (added value)
- Able to communicate in English (added value)
- Min. D3 background
Job description:
- Assisting the overall laboratory work activities
- Responsible for labelling, packing, and shipping all color matching samples to be sent to customers
- Other required tasks
Colour Design & Technical Support Supervisor
- No colorblindess
- Fluent in English
- Understand the basic principles of color and plastic materials
- Proficient with computers and Ms. Office applications, preferably mastering in programming or database applications
- Willing to work in a factory environment, on target, and under pressure
- Have a strong leadership (added value)
- Min. S1 Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, preferably having at least 1 year of experience in a similar industry
Job description:
- Managing the overall operation of the Color Design Lab
- Perform analysis and improve the performance of Color Design Lab
- Issuing supporting documents related to regulation and quality
- Provide technical support related to all aspects of HCA products
- Work closely with the sales team and production team in the context of new product’s research & development according to domestic and export market needs.
