PT Indospring Tbk merupakan perusahaan produsen spesialis pegas (spring) mulai dari leaf springs, coil springs, engine valve springs, dan stabilize bar. PT Indospring Tbk berdiri sejak tahun 1978 dengan technical assistance langsung dari Mitsubishi Steel Manufacturing Co. Ltd, Jepang. Hingga sekarang perusahaan juga masih bekerja sama dengan Mitsubishi Steel.
Indospring merupakan pemasok pegas untuk merk kendaraan Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, Mitsubishi Fuso, UD Trucks, Hino, Isuzu, Scania dan masih banyak lagi. PT Indospring Tbk merupakan grup dari Indoprima Gemilang (Holding Company).
Indospring resmi berstatus Tbk setelah melakukan IPO (Initial Public Offering) di tahun 1990. Indospring memiliki 3 plant (pabrik) yang semuanya terletak di Jl Mayjend Sungkono, Kecamatan Kebomas, Kabupaten Gresik. Indospring saat ini memiliki karyawan kurang lebih 2.000 orang.

Learning Center Assistant Manager
- Min. Bachelor’s degree of Psychology, Management (concerned in Human Resources) or Industrial Engineering
- Have experiences min. 5 years in relevant field
- Have a good knowledge in compiling training program and sylabus
- Creative and have a good analytical skill
- Have a good communication skill and interpersonal skill
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies related to training activities
- Have a desire to develop according to the needs of the company
Safety Health Environment Staff
- Min. Bachelor’s degree of Environment Engineering/Industrial Engineering or other relevant fields of study
- Min. 1 year(s) of work experience as a Safety Health Environment Staff or similar role
- Communication skills to create reports and training materials and verbal communication skills to delegate tasks to other members
- Organization skills to manage multiple safety projects and analyze multiple studies at once
- Analytical thinking to analyze data and compile it into usable material and reports
- Public speaking to present oral reports regardsing health, safety, and environmental hazards within a specific workplace
Continuous Improvement Staff
- Min. Bachelor’s degree of Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or other relevant fields of study
- Min. 1 year(s) of work experience as Improvement Officer or similar role
- Sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes and organizational structures
- Excellent communication skills with good presentation skill
- Thorough understanding about DMAIC, Suggestion System (SS), Quality Control Circle (QCC), Quality Control Project (QCP), 8 steps or similar steps and 7 tools
- Dynamic thinking, creative, innovative, and problem solving abilities
- Good leadership and mentoring skills
Industrial Relations & General Affairs Staff
- Min. Bachelor’s degree of Law or any field from reputable university
- Min. 1 year(s) of work experience in similar role (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
- Have knowledge about regulation and employment law
- Have good communication skills, good listener, and problem solving skills
- Have good analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making
- Quick to adapt with new environment and people of varied backgrounds and cultures
- Excellent knowledge in Labor Law and up-to-date with the government regulations
Information Technology Hardware Specialist
- Min. Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science/Informatics or other relevant studies
- Min. 1 year(s) of work experience in Network Management, Fortinet & Mikrotik, Windows Server & AD
- Thorough understanding about cloud configuration will be an advantageous
- Understand about server virtualization
- Ability to prioritize work, multi-task, and perform effectively to close the problem
- Fluent in English will be an advantageous
- Willing to be placed in Gresik
Business Development Staff
- Min. Bachelor’s degree of any field from reputable university
- Min. 1 year(s) of work experience in similar role (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
- Able to create and generate planning & strategy data for department development
- Creative, able to work in detail and initiative
- Proficient in English, both writtend and spoken

Sales Export Staff
- Min. Bachelor’s degree of any major, with min. GPA 3,00

Purchasing Local Staff
- Min. Bachelor’s degree of Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or other relevant fields of study from reputable university

- Sourcing, negotiate, and provide vendor option/supplier
- Provides purchasing planning by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
- Responsible for local goods purchase process
- Check incoming goods, prepares required document and administration
- Build and maintain mutual relationships with new and existing suppliers
Purchasing Import Staff
- Min. Bachelor’s degree of any field from reputable university

- Sourcing, negotiate, and provide vendor option/supplier
- Provides purchasing planning by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
- Responsible for import goods purchase process
- Fluent in English & Mandarin
- Have a high initiative, good logical thinking, communication, and negotiation skills
