PT Infra Solusi Indonesia (I-Solution) adalah anak perusahaan PT Link Net Tbk. Perusahaan ini bergerak di bidang penyedia jasa tenaga kerja dan rekrutmen (outsourcing), mayoritas untuk kebutuhan perusahaan PT Link Net Tbk yang merupakan pemilik dari merk TV kabel dan layanan internet First Media.
Berdiri sejak tahun 2019, I-Solution saat ini juga merupakan perusahaan manajemen pelatihan dan pengembangan SDM melalui First Academy serta Solution Management (Migration Roll Out dan New Roll Out) di bidang internet dan telekomunikasi.
Beberapa bidang pekerjaan yang disuplai oleh I-Solution antara lain engineering (technician), telemarketing, customer service (call center dan social media CS), dan direct sales.
Saat ini PT Infra Solusi Indonesia sedang membuka lowongan pekerjaan untuk penempatan Surabaya pada bulan Maret 2022. Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:
Residential Sales (Team Leader)
- Min. Bachelor Degree in any field
- Able to operate Microsoft Excel (Excel is preferred)
- At least 1 year(s) experienced as a Trainer or Team Leader Sales
- Have a strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Placement: Surabaya and Malang
Job description:
- Coordinate with local vendors, SCM, and RH to ensure candidate attendance in the process TM interview, in-class training & OJT, as well as monitoring PIC Vendors on duty
- Reporting sales-recruitment process
- Looking for best solution if there are field problems by continuing to coordinate with the Head Office, RH, & Related Vendors, so that the process in the field can keep going well
- Report daily activity
