PT Integra Indocabinet Tbk merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur furniture asal Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. Perusahaan ini adalah anggota dari Integra Group, sebuah korporasi yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan kayu dan manufaktur furniture terbesar di Indonesia.
Berdiri sejak tahun 1989, perusahaan memproduksi beragam jenis furniture untuk berbagai interior bangunan seperti ruang tamu, kamar tidur, ruang kerja & perkantoran, dan lain-lain. Integra juga mengekspor banyak dari produknya ke luar negeri.
Fasilitas produksi Integra di Sidoarjo mencakup area seluas 300 ribu m2 dengan total tenaga kerja sebanyak 5.500 orang. Integra juga memiliki fasilitas produksi di Lamongan, di area seluas 150 ribu m2 dengan 1.600 tenaga kerja.

Continuous Improvement
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, Engineering is preferred
- A sharp eye for identifying work points in manufacturing processes, strategic & analytical mindset
- A thorough understanding of the latest process enhancement strategies
- Experience in mechanical manufacturing environment especially furniture will be an advantage
- Demonstrable knowledge of implementing lean manufacturing/continuous improvement
- Six Sigma Green Belt qualification would be desirable

Job description:
- Install improvement projects and initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving quality
- Conduct root cause analysis and data analysis to identify areas for improvement & develop implement process
- Facilitate and lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with department managers to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Train and coach employees on continuous improvement methodologies and best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that continuous improvement activities
- Identify and recommend new tools, techniques, and methodologies for continuous improvement
Accounting Staff
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Very good with spreadsheets
- Knowledge of an accounting information system is a plus
- Brevet A & B qualification would be desirable

Job description:
- Post operational journals
- Make financial reports
- Input accounting journal data into the company’s system
- Examine and verify the completeness of documents related to financial transactions
- Perform reconciliation and adjustment of financial data
- Prepare documents for audits
PPIC Staff
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering
- Through and familiar with administration
- Good analyst skill & strong data analyst
- Experience as a PPIC in a furniture company is an added value

Job description:
- Ensure stock for target production
- Collaborating with marketing, and production
- Production planning & management
- Preparation and analysis of inventory control
- Regular report to manager
Cost Estimator Staff
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, Furniture Engineering and Accounting discipline is preferred
- Through and familiar with administration
- Experience as a cost estimator in a furniture company is an added value
- Have a mathematical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Advanced analytical skills.
- Proficient with computer estimation software.

Job description:
- Calculate the selling price of goods based on predetermined specifications
- Preparing and presenting cost reports
- Consulting with manager to discuss cost estimates
- Collaborating with RND, marketing, and production
- Using computer software to calculate cost estimates
- Communicating with buyers regarding related documents
RND Specialist
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, Furniture Engineering and Interior Design discipline is preferred
- Have an experience minimum 2 years as a drafter in a furniture factory will be an advantage
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3DSMax. More applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator will be an asset

Job description:
- Making shopdrawing, technical drawing and cutting list
- Create visual guidelines for construction purposes
- Ensure that the designs are followed by the workers and technicians
- Specify the details of the project through drawings and relevant materials
- Enumerate the procedures and materials for the project

QC Plywood
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in a related field
- Familiarity with process JAS, CARB & EPA
- Minimum 3 years of experience working on Manufacturing Plywood as a QC Coordinator

Job description:
- Monitoring quality control processes to ensure the fullfilment of plywood quality and safety from raw materials, production processes and production results
- Have leadership to influence the team
- Develop a tracking system for quality issues and implement improvements
- Implement and oversee an incoming inspection program of purchased materials and components

Warehouse Staff
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Experience minimum 1 years as a warehouse on manufacture or logistic
