General Affair Supervisor
Job Description:
- Overseeing and managing office facilities, including workstations, equipments, and system
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with third parties and stakeholders
- Organizing travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accomodations, and transportations
- Managing travel expenses and reimbursement processes
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in all major
- Proficient in Chinese and Indonesian
- At least 3 years of experience as a General Affairs
- Prior experience in General Affairs, Facilities Management or Administration within manfuacture industries
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to be located in Gresik
