PT Daikin Applied Solutions Indonesia atau DASI adalah anak perusahaan dari Daikin Industries Ltd., asal Jepang. DASI berfokus pada penyedia solusi HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) dalam skala business-to-business.

Sebagai perusahaan penyedia solusi HVAC terkemuka di dunia, DASI telah dipercaya sebagai partner instalasi dan perawatan HVAC untuk gedung-gedung perkantoran, gedung pusat perbelanjaan hingga pabrik/fasilitas manufaktur skala besar di Indonesia.

DASI berkantor pusat di Jl Raya Pasar Minggu Kav. 16, Jakarta Selatan. Kantor cabang Surabaya DASI beralamat di Jl Opak No. 33, Kota Surabaya.

HSE OFFICER – PROJECT GRESIK

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor degree in Occupational Health and Safety with GPA min 3.00 
  • Minimum 2 or 3 experience in mining or equivalent 
  • Certified with AK3 Umum is preferably 
  • Certified with SMKP and POP is preferably 
  • Certified with first aid training is preferably 
  • Good knowledge on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 
  • Understanding with Mine Safety Management System (SMKP) & occupational health and safety management system (SMK3) 
  • Good Command in English 
  • Willing to be placed in Gresik, Manyar – Jawa Timur 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring and implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations to ensure they are current and appropriate 
  2. Conducts worksite assessments to identify and evaluate safety and health risks and compliance exposures. Develops strategies to reduce or eliminate these risks and exposures 
  3. Prepares and maintains required documentation of incident reports, statistics and other reports for use by company personnel 
  4. Assists managers in achieving safety goals and objectives.  
  5. Conduct hazard and risk assessments and change existing or develop new recommendations from these assessments 
  6. Review and update Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), Job safety analysis (JSA) and Hazard Identification&Risk Assessment (HIRA) 
  7. Supervise the implementation of OHSE Committee activities, OHSE Talk, and other safety activities, 
  8. Carry out regular technical supervision such as inspections of people, equipment, work methods, accident investigations (if any) and provide recommendations for appropriate corrective actions. 
  9. Provide regular HSE monthly reports, as well as other production-related results and updates to the respective Management Team
