PT Gloster Furniture adalah perusahaan swasta asing yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur furniture outdoor untuk kelas menengah atas. Gloster memulai aktivitas bisnisnya sekitar tahun 1960-an di Afrika Barat. Baru pada akhir 1980-an Gloster mendirikan pabrik di Indonesia, tepatnya di Kabupaten Gresik.

Gloster memproduksi berbagai macam model furniture sesuai dengan selera pasar dan kegunaannya. Beberapa diantaranya seperti kursi (seatings, lounger, dan dining chairs), meja, aksesoris outdoor (lighting, shower, bird nest, bird feeder) dan masih banyak lagi.

Gloster didukung oleh tenaga yang profesional dan ahli di bidangnya untuk menghasilkan produk-produk furniture yang berkelas dunia. Hampir semua produk yang dimiliki Gloster sudah diekspor ke berbagai negara. Gloster memiliki jaringan penjualan di beberapa negara di Eropa, Amerika, Asia, Afrika, dan Australia.

Saat ini PT Gloster Furniture sedang membuka lowongan pekerjaan pada bulan Februari 2023. Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:

Industrial Relations & General Affairs Officer

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed minimum a degree (S1) in the field of Law.
  • 2 years of experience in Industrial Relations and General Affairs, ideally in manufacturing companies.
  • Passionate about Law especially in labour law issues, civil law, and understanding the implementation of Labour Regulations in the company.
  • You are communicative, negotiate, and can work flexibly and professionally in a team.
  • Very good in computer literacy including understanding of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Being fluent in English would be an advantage.
  • A certified advocate is preferable.

Job Description:

  1. Mediating the conflict regarding the industrial relations of the company.
  2. Maintaining a good relationship with the Labor Union, governments, and the neighbors around the company.
  3. Managing the company’s general affairs, such as security, pest control, cleaning, and asset & building management.
  4. Managing the employees’ disciplinaries, including the execution of warning letters & any other disciplinary actions towards employees.
