PT Hailiang Nova Material Indonesia adalah anak perusahaan dari Zhejiang Hailliang Co., Ltd., yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan pengolahan tembaga non-ferrous terbesar dan terkemuka di dunia dengan jaringan 21 pabrik di Asia, Amerika, dan Eropa. Saat ini pabrik ke-22 sedang dibangun di Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Gresik atau biasa dikenal dengan JIIPE dengan luas 19,6 hektar.

PT Hailiang Nova Material Indonesia memproduksi foil tembaga electrodeposit untuk kendaraan listrik bertenaga baterai litium. Pabrik ini direncanakan berkapasitas 100 ribu ton per tahun.

PT Hailiang Nova Material Indonesia rencananya akan menjadi off taker produk PT Freeport Indonesia dengan produk akhir Foil Tembaga, sebagai bahan baku lithium-ion battery.

Saat ini PT Hailiang Nova Material Indonesia sedang membuka lowongan pekerjaan pada bulan Desember 2023. Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:

Marketing Officer

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in the fields of communication, economics, marketing, bussiness, or related education pertaining to the marketing world.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Ability to use Mandarin language is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, given the nature of marketing work that requires marketing officers to interact with a wide range of people.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and tools for social media analysis.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing skills (copywriting and design skills) for campaigns and promotions on social media.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating marketing campaigns for product  and services.
  • Willing to be placed in Gresik or Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

  1. Planning and developing the company’s marketing strategies.
  2. Conducting research on customers and markets.
  3. Engaging in promotional activities.
  4. Overseeing and evaluating marketing programs that have been implemented.
  5. Creating strategies for upcoming marketing projects.
  6.  Setting product or service pricing in line with the offered benefits.
  7. Establishing effective communication with various stakeholders and company divisions.
