- Laki-laki, maks. usia 45 tahun
- Pendidikan min. SMA/SMK sederajat
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun sesuai posisi pada industri fabrikasi
- Memiliki sertifikat keahlian dari BNSP/Kemnaker/Migas yang masih aktif
- Sehat dan memiliki pengetahuan implementasi K3L
- Mampu bekerja secara teamwork dan mematuhi peraturan perusahaan
- Diutamakan memiliki KTP Gresik Jawa Timur
- Sudah vaksin Booster
