PT Petrosea Tbk atau dikenal sebagai Petrosea adalah perusahaan swasta nasional terkemuka yang bergerak di bidang kontrak pertambangan & EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction). Didirikan pada tahun 1972, Petrosea telah berpengalaman cukup luas dalam dunia tambang (baik itu tambang mineral dan migas). Pada awal berdirinya, perusahaan bernama PT Petrosea International Indonesia.
Petrosea resmi menjadi perusahaan dengan status Tbk setelah melakukan IPO di Bursa Efek Jakarta dan Bursa Efek Surabaya (saat ini Bursa Efek Indonesia) pada tahun 1990. Sejak itu, nama perusahaan berganti menjadi PT Petrosea Tbk.
Petrosea adalah perusahaan pertama yang melakukan operasionalisasi tambang batubara bersama PT Kaltim Prima Coal di Kalimantan Timur pada tahun 1991 dengan kapasitas 2,2 juta ton per tahun. Di Gresik, Petrosea adalah perusahaan yang melakukan proyek pengerjaan supply and placement of fill material untuk site JIIPE yang dimiliki oleh PT Freeport Indonesia, yang saat ini digunakan sebagai lahan pembangunan smelter milik Freeport.
Saat ini PT Petrosea Tbk sedang membuka lowongan pekerjaan untuk kebutuhan project di Gresik pada bulan November 2023. Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:
SHE Officer
Descriptions: Maintain, monitor and review company’s daily operations and facilities to ensure employee safety are comply with safety, health and environmental regulations for specified facilities, operations and project.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Degree in Public Occupational Health & Safety/Environment Engineer or any Engineering Graduate/Bachelor.
- Minimum 3 years experience in SHE Field implementation in high risk industry.
- Will be preferred if understand about Mining Safety, Marine Safety and or Plant Safety.
- Hold AK3 certified from government (will be preferred if hold POP certificate).
- Good communication in English.
- Currently based in East Java and willing to be placed in Petrosea’s project site in Gresik.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present SHE training and SHE induction to enhance safety awareness among employees and clients.
- Conduct inspections on statutory, fire and rescue equipment to ensure completeness and readiness for use.
- Inspects project facilities, equipment, observe operations and activities in progress to ensure those are in compliance company’s safety regulations.
- Coordinates and consults with project safety superintendent and/or project managers regarding HSE issues in their respective areas and notifies management staff regarding violation of safety regulations and codes to ensure that all safety defiance are proceed.
- Socialize and record all Job Hazard Analysis, HAZOB, and co-ordinate Emergency Response Team training and activities for the Project.
- Control and monitor the use of Hazardous or dangerous goods to ensure conformance with the MSDS (Material Safety Data System).
- Support Environmental performance and maintain third party accreditation (i.e. ISO 14001) and work effectively with certification body in order to preserve international standard accreditation.
- Performing a strong visible commitment in to SHE Management System as well as all programs.
- Implement and maintain SHE Management Plan, Emergency Response Plan, and other SHE document for the project.
- Maintain and implement SHE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
