PT Steel Pipe Industry of Indonesia Tbk atau disingkat SPINDO adalah perusahaan manufaktur pipa baja yang sudah ada di Indonesia sejak tahun 1971. Kantor dan pabrik pertama milik SPINDO didirikan di Surabaya. SPINDO adalah manufaktur pipa baja terbesar di Indonesia.
SPINDO memproduksi beragam jenis pipa sesuai dengan peruntukannya mulai dari structural pipes, water pipes, oil & gas pipes, stainless steel pipes, galvanized pipes, steel poles, mechanical tubes (digunakan untuk industri otomotif, furniture, dan frame sepeda). Selain kemampuan produksi pipa, SPINDO juga menyediakan layanan inspeksi dan tes untuk pipa, coating, dan lain-lain.
SPINDO memiliki 6 pabrik yang tersebar di Jawa Timur dan Jawa Barat: Unit I dan II (Surabaya Rungkut), Unit III (Surabaya Warugunung), Unit IV (Pasuruan Beji), Unit V (Karawang), dan Unit VI (Sidoarjo Cemengkalang). Untuk jaringan penjualan dan warehouse di luar Jawa Timur, SPINDO ada di Jakarta, Bandung, Samarinda, dan Makassar.

1. MT HRGA
Qualification:
- Maximum 25 years old
- Bachelor degree of Law, Psychology, HR management from reputable university
- Minimum GPA 3.20
- Fresh graduated are welcome
- Active in the organization/committee
- Must have good communication skills
- Active in english (speaking and writing)
- Be able to negotiate, influence, and convince
- Be able to think critically and solve problems
- Location: Surabaya
2. Operation Trainee
Qualification:
- Maximum 25 years old
- Bachelor degree of Mechanical/Electrical/ Environment Engineering/K3 from reputable university
- Minimum GPA 3.20
- Fresh graduated are welcome
- Active in the organization/committee
- Must have good communication skills
- Active in english
- Be able to negotiate, influence, and convince
- Be able to think critically and solve problems
- Location: Jawa Timur
3. Marketing Staf
Qualification:
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Minimum education bachelor degree from reputable university
- Ready to work according to the target
- Be able to work both individually and in a team
- Discipline, honest, thorough and responsible
- Have good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Having interpersonal skills
- Good looking
- Having Mandarin language skills is preferred
- Have extensive relationships at Marketing Area

4. Ahli Kepabeanan Pusat Logistik Berikat
Qualification:
- Experience as a Staf Ahli Kepabeanan at Pusat Logistik Berikat
- Candidate Bachelor’s Degree in any field, more preffered Bachelor Degree of Management Transportation.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Experience to handle PIB, NIB, and other management documentation export – import from A – Z
- High Computer Literacy
- Required language: English
- Negotiation skill
