Cashier Finance
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal D3 di bidang Accounting
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja di posisi kasir minimal 1 tahun
- Berpengalaman sebagai kasir di perusahaan distribusi lebih disukai
- Familiar dalam menggunakan accounting system seperti SAP atau lainnya
- Menguasi Microsoft Excel dengan baik
Tugas dan tanggung jawab:
- Bertanggungjawab atas pengelolaan petty cash harian dan pelaporannya
- Reporting petty cash balance dan settlement
- Petty cash opname
- Melakukan proses pembayaran, melakukan pengecekan pembayaran ke system bank, dan memastikan seluruh pembayaran diproses dengan baik
- Bertanggung jawab untuk administrasi bank, seperti perubahan spesimen, pembukaan rekening baru, dan lainnya
- Memonitor semua pembayaran dan pengeluaran
- Rekonsiliasi bank
