PT Toyota Astra Motor adalah Agen Tunggal Pemegang Merek (ATPM) mobil Toyota dan Lexus di Indonesia. TAM didirikan secara join-venture antara PT Astra International Tbk (50 persen saham) dan Toyota Motor Corporation (50 persen saham). TAM resmi beroperasi pada tanggal 2 April 1971.
Sebagai ATPM atau sederhananya agen penjualan, importin, dan distributor produk Toyota dan Lexus, TAM telah memiliki ratusan dealer di penjuru Indonesia. Dealer-dealer tersebut dikelola oleh beberapa perusahaan lain, namun ada pula yang dikelola oleh Astra, seperti Auto2000 yang membawahi wilayah Jabodetabek, Jawa Barat, Jawa Timur, Nusa Tenggara Timur, Bali, Kalimantan, dan sebagian Sumatera. Beberapa perusahaan yang menjadi mitra TAM sebagai dealer yaitu Nasmoco (wilayah Jawa Tengah dan Yogyakarta), PT Hadji Kalla (wilayah Sulawesi Selatan, Sulawesi Barat, Sulawesi Tenggara, dan Sulawesi Tengah), dan PT Hasjrat Abadi (wilayah Sulawesi Utara, Sulawesi Tengah, Gorontalo, Maluku, dan Papua).
Di Indonesia, TAM menjual kendaraan dalam bentu CBU (Completely Build-Up) atau impor dari negara lain maupun CKD (Completely Knock-Down) atau dirakit di Indonesia. Kendaraan-kendaraan CBU diantaranya Yaris, Vios, New Camry, Fortuner Diesel, Alphard, Land Cruiser, dan lainnya. Sementara kendaraan CKD yaitu Avanza, Veloz, Agya, Calya, Rush, Kijang Innova, Fortuner Gasoline, Dyna, dan lainnya.

Business Analyst
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of experience in business analysis or related field, fresh graduates are welcome
- Creative, have good analytical and project management skill
- Able to use Ms. Office, expecially Ms, Excel and Ms. Power Point
Job Descriptions:
- Identify new business opportunity related to TAM business
- Conduct feasibility studies and future forecast based on current trends
- Conduct product developement, generate customers, and ecosystems

Qualifications:

- Implement Customer Retention based on CLM (customer loyailty management) concept
- Manage National Lexus Customer relation through establishing standard & system to handle customer inquiry and handling customer complaint
