Account Receivable
Job Description:
- Fill all customers receivables data based on all printed invoices
- Bill customers via telephone/email
- Prepare a list of bills and their completeness to be billed according to the printed date
- Monitor customer accounts, both those who make payment smoothly and those who delayed
- Create weekly and monthly accounts receivable reports
Job Requirements:
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin will be a plus
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Account Receivable
- Have expertise in running Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
- Have knowledge of Accounting software
- Willing to work in Gresik
Cost Accountant
Job Description:
- Create and compile COGM (Cost of Goods Manufacturing)
- Analyxe fix cost, variable cost, overhead cost, cost of goods production, and cost efficiency
- Understand the flow of costing procedures for production journals, general, inventory journals, and target reports
- Analyze actual production cost and prepare periodic reports, compare standard cost with actual production cost
- Record cost information for use in controlling expenses
- Analyze cost audits and create reports
Job Requirements:
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin will be a plus
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Cost Accountant
- Have expertise in running Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
- Have knowledge of Accounting software
- Willing to work in Gresik
