Job Description:
- Responsible for checking import export documents (PIB/PEB, contract of sale, purchase orders)
- Prepare payments for suppliers
- Check & setting up customer import duty payment
- Follow up activities and deliveries run smoothly and clearance according to the specified time
- Coordinate with the operational team so that SPPB can deliver to destination on time
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin will be a plus
- At least 3 years working experience in freight forwarding
- Experience in managing LS, BPOM, PI, SNI
- Experience in bonded areas/PLB (Pusat Logistik Berikat)
- Mastering basic import and export regulations, oversight
