SCG (Siam Cement Group) is a Thailand-based company which has 3 core businesses namely SCG Cement – Building Materials, SCG Chemicals, SCG Paper. SCG has been operating in Indonesia since 1995 and has a total of 28 companies in Indonesia eg. Jayamix, Kia Keramic, Kokoh, SSK, Pipe and Precast etc.

SCG conducts its businesses in line with good corporate governance and the principles of sustainable development. SCG began business operation in Indonesia since 1995 by opening a trading office which mainly focused on trading and market research, and gradually expand investment in diversified businesses such as PVC, ceramic tiles, and join venture with partner in building materials business. In 2011-2012, SCG intensely invested in array of businesses in Indonesia to pursue the company vision to become a sustainable leader in ASEAN. Today, SCG has more than 5,700 employees in Indonesia and total of 20 companies in many industries including petrochemicals, cement, building materials, and distribution.

Human Resources Staff

  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Education S1 Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law with GPA minimum 3.0
  • Have working experience minimum 2 year as HRM Staff
  • Preferred have HR Certification of BNSP as Kemenaker No.115 year 2022
  • Have computer skill at least Microsoft Office
  • Able communication in English both verbal & writing
  • Understand HR Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management and Evaluation, People Development, Career and Planning, Coaching and Counseling, Payroll & Remuneration
  • Able to carry out Coaching and motivating related to develop of abilities, potential, mental and others
  • Able to enforce rules and employe discipline
  • Understand labor laws and regulations
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ready to stay at Gresik

Job Description

  • Conduct HR Program of human resources development including planning , implementation and monitoring, recruitment, coaching & counseling, performance management & evaluation
  • With Spv prepare & setting HR & GA Program , HR & GA Procedures & SOP including ISO/SMK3 and implementation monitoring
  • Coordinating with others department related HR Program , working schedule and HR ERP System development
  • Responsible of HR administration process (employee data base, payroll & remuneration)
