Human Resources Staff
- Maximum 35 years old
- Education S1 Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law with GPA minimum 3.0
- Have working experience minimum 2 year as HRM Staff
- Preferred have HR Certification of BNSP as Kemenaker No.115 year 2022
- Have computer skill at least Microsoft Office
- Able communication in English both verbal & writing
- Understand HR Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management and Evaluation, People Development, Career and Planning, Coaching and Counseling, Payroll & Remuneration
- Able to carry out Coaching and motivating related to develop of abilities, potential, mental and others
- Able to enforce rules and employe discipline
- Understand labor laws and regulations
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description
- Conduct HR Program of human resources development including planning , implementation and monitoring, recruitment, coaching & counseling, performance management & evaluation
- With Spv prepare & setting HR & GA Program , HR & GA Procedures & SOP including ISO/SMK3 and implementation monitoring
- Coordinating with others department related HR Program , working schedule and HR ERP System development
- Responsible of HR administration process (employee data base, payroll & remuneration)
