Job Description:
- Ensure SLA Payroll.
- Ensure BPJS TK, BPJS Kes and Income Tax.
- Ensure compliance of employment.
- Ensure implementation of benefit.
- Gathered all information regarding required data in payroll system (attendance, leave, overtime, etc).
- Payroll process.
- Reporting BPJS TK, BPJS Kes and Income Tax.
- Reconcile with Finance.
- Monitoring and issuing Agreement (Probation, New/extension Contract, PB).
- Recommendation Letter.
- Monitoring and provide service regarding Medical, Leave, COP and all benefit.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Math, Accounting, Psychology
- Having 3 years experience in same position to handling payroll process and implement benefit
