Fresh Graduate Program 2024

• Mubadala Energy Fresh Graduate Program is a year internship program with excellent way to gain exposure and working experience in an international Oil and Gas Company, as well as an opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and competencies in the Junior position.
• The program is for Fresh Graduate and will start in the beginning of 2024 up to 31 December 2024.

1. Finance & Accounting

Qualifications:

• Hold Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economy Management
• Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
• Fresh graduate, up to < 1 year of experience
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
• Expected to have basic accounting and finance
• Expected to have critical thinking and attention to details
• Able to work in a team and independently
• Willing to learn and proactive
• Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written) is a must.

2. SCM Material Management (Balikpapan)

Qualifications:

• Hold Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, IT, Science or other relevant major.
• Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
• Fresh graduate, up to < 1 year of experience
• Strong interest to grow a career in a supply chain environment
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
• Tech savvy in data mining, data analysis, and product and/or graphic design is a plus
• Self-starter, learning agility and driving for actions and results
• Team player, good communication, and willing to learn
• Good analytical thinking and attention to details
• Domicile in Balikpapan area
• Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written) is a must.

3. Operations Engineering

Qualifications:

• Hold Bachelor’s degree in Physics Engineering or any Engineering relevant major.
• Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
• Fresh graduate, up to < 1 year of experience
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
• Able to work in a team and independently
• Good in communication
• Willing to learn and proactive
• Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written) is a must.

4. Exploration

Qualifications:

• Hold Bachelor’s degree in Geology or Geophysics major
• Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
• Fresh graduate, up to < 1 year of experience
• Able to operate Microsoft Office 
• Basic skill in some G&G software application is preferable
• Expected to have critical thinking and attention to details
• Able to work in a team and independently
• Good in communication and data management
• Willing to learn and proactive
• Self-initiative and integrity person
• Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written) is a must.

5. Business Process Improvement and Risk Management

Qualifications:

• Hold Bachelor’s degree preferable in Industrial Engineering or Accounting. Other Engineering or Management major are welcome.
• Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
• Fresh graduate, up to < 1 year of experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel
• Active in organization activities is a must
• Good critical thinking and attention to details
• Good in communication and public speaking
• Willing to learn and proactive
• Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written) is a must.

6. Human Capital

Qualifications:

• Hold Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Psychology, or relevant major.
• Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
• Fresh graduate, up to < 1 year of experience
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
• Have critical thinking and attention to details
• Able to work in a team and independently
• Good in communication and public speaking
• Willing to learn and proactive
• Have writing and visual editing skills
• Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written) is a must.

7. Business Support (Balikpapan)

Qualifications:

• Hold Diploma (D3) degree preferable in Management, Finance/Accounting, Administration, Communications, Industrial Engineering or other relevant major
• Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
• Fresh graduate, up to < 1 year of experience
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
• Ability to operate MS Visio, Photoshop or MS Project is a plus
• Team player, good communication, analytical thinking and willing to learn
• Domicile in Balikpapan area
• Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written) is a must.

8. Business Services (Jakarta)

Qualifications:

• Hold Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Economy, Management, or relevant major.
• Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
• Fresh graduate, up to < 1 year of experience
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
• Team player, good communication, and willing to learn
• Have writing and visual editing skills
• Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written) is a must.

9. External Relations & Communication

Qualifications:

• Hold Bachelor’s degree in Communications, International Relations, or Sociology.
• Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
• Fresh graduate, up to < 1 year of experience
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
• Experience in creating articles/news publication
• Experience in engaging with media/journalists
• Experience in organizing an event
• Understand in developing social media plan
• Have visual editing skills
• Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written) is a must.
