Compensation & Benefit Specialist

Job Description:

  1. Ensure SLA Payroll.
  2. Ensure BPJS TK, BPJS Kes and Income Tax.
  3. Ensure compliance of employment.
  4. Ensure implementation of benefit.
  5. Gathered all information regarding required data in payroll system (attendance, leave, overtime, etc).
  6. Payroll process.
  7. Reporting BPJS TK, BPJS Kes and Income Tax.
  8. Reconcile with Finance.
  9. Monitoring and issuing Agreement (Probation, New/extension Contract, PB).
  10. Recommendation Letter.
  11. Monitoring and provide service regarding Medical, Leave, COP and all benefit.

Job Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Math, Accounting, Psychology
  • Having 3 years experience in same position to handling payroll process and implement benefit
