1. Business Process, Smelting & Refinery – Senior Supervisor Risk Operations
The Senior Supervisor Risk Operations serves as the managements key interface with the contract guard force and provides an extra layer of supervision and quality control. This position will also serve as the highest level of management in the absence of the two senior managers.

Background, Education, and Work Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice or equivalent.
  • Experience in security risk management.
  • Garda Madya certification.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory security/risk management position in a multinational operation (preferred).
  • Knowledge of security systems.
  • Understanding of outsourced guarding operations.

2. Business Process, Smelting & Refinery – Security Operations Center Communications Officer
The SOCCO plays a pivotal role in maintaining efficient and secure operations at the FMS/FMR facility. As a crucial member of the Risk Management Department, this position ensures seamless communication and coordination during regular operations and in emergency scenarios. The SOCCO will primarily operate from the Security Operations Center (SOC) at either the FMS or FMR site, providing vital support to both on-site and external security teams. This role is essential for maintaining the safety and efficiency of the FMS/FMR facility, demanding a candidate with dedication, alertness, and a robust ability to manage complex situations.

Background, Education, and Work Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a specialized security or similar role (e.g., communication, visitor management, or receptionist).
  • Garda Pratama Training or equivalent (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of English and proficiency in industry-specific terminologies.
  • Additional industry, vocational or tertiary certifications highly desirable.

3. Business Process, Smelting & Refinery – Section Manager Risk Management Operations
Covering both the Smelter and the Precious Metals Refinery, this position is the most senior management position except for the department manager. The successful applicant will operationalize the security operations plan and oversee implementation of security procedures in the field.

Background and Education:

  • A university degree in law, politics, business or any other relevant discipline.
  • Gada Utama certification.
  • Other industry certifications.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years in a senior supervisory role, with preference given to those with backgrounds in the Oil and Gas, Mining, or heavy manufacturing industries.
  • Previous work for an MNC and understanding of governance/compliance responsibilities thereof (preferred).
  • Demonstrable experience delivering training and simulations in the field.
  • Previous experience managing relationships with external stakeholders including Military and Police.
  • Experience dealing with community groups/members to affect preferable security outcomes.

4. Business Process, Smelting & Refinery – Section Manager Information Operations/INV

  • Direct and oversee the Security Operations Center and ensure data collection, dispatch of security resources, reporting, and data analysis are performed to standard.
  • Improve understanding of internal and external factors contributing to risk at the facility and helping Risk Management Department to understand this.
  • Support enhanced risk assessments, information management, business processes, and security operational planning and execution.
  • Conducted stakeholder monitoring, and when directed, liaise between the company and regional government, security forces, community organisations and labour unions as well as with company operations and support groups as required.
  • Conduct investigations up to a defined threshold of loss/complexity in a timely fashion and issue findings to relevant stakeholders.

Background, Education, and Work Experience:

  • Bachelors degree (BA) in Law, Criminology, Political Science or other relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years experience with a risk management consultancy, or within a department dealing with security/risk management.
  • Preferred industry certification (e.g. ASIS) in fraud detection/investigation
  • Experience in delivering written security information products.
  • Bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Javanese an advantage.

5. Business Process, Smelting & Refinery – Risk Management Department Administrative Officer
Reporting to the Superintendent, Information Operations, this individual is responsible for ensuring efficient administrative functions and supporting various administrative aspects of the security team including scheduling, coordinating training requirements, ensuring appropriate supplies (both PPE and technical materials) and the like.

Background, Education, and Work Experience:

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience in a guarding company (preferred).
  • Familiarity with PTFI or FMS/FMR guarding operations (preferred).
  • Finished SMA.
  • Higher education qualification preferred.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including vendors and team members.
  • Competent in data management and report generation.
  • Proactive in addressing and resolving operational and administrative challenges.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with a capability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Spoken and written English and Indonesian.
