MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM

1. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (For Manufacture)

Responsibilities:

  • Observe the manufacturing site and make plans for improvement project
  • Analyze various manufacturing data before and after the improvement project to get information about the effectiveness of the project
  • Present project to the Management and delivered the project
  • Propose improvements to the project based on the data
  • Support and assist Manufacturing Managers or Assistant Managers in making performance evaluations, also participate in the company’s strategic planning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in lndustrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering from a reputable university
  • Minimum GPA 3.0
  • 1 year of work experience (Fresh graduates welcome to apply)
  • Strong analytical thinking and communications skills, excellent in leadership (proven with organizational experiences and capabilities)
  • Strong interest and passion for the manufacturing industry
  • Good adaptability skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to follow 6 months to 1-year Comprehensive Leadership Program
  • Willing to be located all over Indonesia (Sumatera, Jawa, Sulawesi, etc)

2. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (For Sales)

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze various sales-marketing data before and after the improvement project to get information about the effectiveness of the project
  • Present project (Sales-Marketing strategies) to the Management and delivered the project
  • Propose improvements to the project based on the data
  • Support and assist the Branch Operation Manager or Area Sales Manager in making performance evaluations, also participate in the company’s strategic planning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management/Marketing/Business Administration/Entrepreneurship (Any Major welcome to apply) from a reputable university
  • Minimum GPA 3.0
  • 1 year of work experience (Fresh graduates welcome to apply)
  • Strong analytical thinking and communications skills, excellent in leadership (proven with organizational experiences and capabilities)
  • Strong interest and passion for the Retail or FMCG Industry
  • Good adaptability skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to follow 6 months to I-year Comprehensive Leadership Program
  • Willing to be located all over Indonesia (Sumatera, Jawa, Sulawesi, etc)
